By accessing our website, booking a free trial, or enrolling in any course with Qalbi Quran Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Our Services

Qalbi Quran Academy provides online, one-on-one Quran, Tajweed, Hifz, Islamic Studies, Tafseer, and Duas classes for kids and adults via live video call, delivered by certified male and female teachers.

3-Day Free Trial

New students are entitled to one 3-day free trial period per family, consisting of trial classes with a certified teacher at no cost and with no obligation to continue. No credit card is required to book a free trial. After the trial period, continuing students may choose a paid monthly plan.

Enrollment & Payments

All course prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) on our Pricing page, with approximate equivalents shown in GBP, CAD, and AUD for convenience. Exact local currency charges, accepted payment methods, and billing cycles will be confirmed with you directly during enrollment.

Scheduling & Attendance

Classes are scheduled at a time mutually agreed between the student/parent and the assigned teacher, accounting for the student's local time zone. We ask that students provide reasonable notice for rescheduling or cancellations.

Teacher Assignment & Changes

We assign teachers based on course type, age group, and any stated preference (such as a female teacher). If you are not satisfied with your assigned teacher, you may request a change at no additional cost.

Code of Conduct

Students and parents are expected to treat teachers and staff with respect. Qalbi Quran Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services in cases of abusive behavior, harassment, or violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, curricula, and content provided by Qalbi Quran Academy remain our intellectual property and may not be redistributed or resold without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Qalbi Quran Academy strives to provide high-quality, certified instruction, but does not guarantee specific learning outcomes or timelines, as these vary by individual student effort, consistency, and ability.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
