Every new student is entitled to a 3-day free trial before any payment is made. We strongly encourage all families to use this trial period to ensure our teaching style and schedule are the right fit before enrolling in a paid plan.
Paid monthly plans (Starter, Standard, or Intensive) may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. To cancel, simply contact us via WhatsApp or email at least 3 days before your renewal date.
If you cancel mid-month, any classes already delivered that month will be deducted from your plan cost, and the remaining balance (if any) will be refunded or credited toward a future month, at your preference.
If a class is missed due to a technical issue on our end, or if a scheduled class with your assigned teacher does not take place as arranged, we will reschedule the class at no extra cost or apply a credit to your account.
As trial classes are provided completely free of charge, no payment is taken and therefore no refund applies to the 3-day trial period.
To request a refund or raise a billing concern, please contact us at info@qalbiquranacademy.com or via WhatsApp with your enrollment details. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2-3 business days.
